More Music Needed in Classrooms- add sound effects throughout the play.

Art Forms that May Be Included
Art/drawing painting the set, flier evite, costumes, face painting, etc. There are many possibilities. Music. Any students who play an instrument & would like to fit country music into the play or find relevant music to play. Narrator.
Connections to Students Passion Areas and Interests
Self- Expression- Art- personal interest to act/drama/art. This play has many roles that students could be involved in to make it successful.
Art- paint the barn theme set- to create a farm atmosphere.
Wardrobe, someone needs to paint the t-shirts that the student who will be playing the cows will wear.
Write the invitation cards/ flier.
The speaker & share what we are doing on the cafeteria open mike/or morning announcement.

Materials Needed
Script, setting(stage, classroom-student choice), microphones, t-shirts( duck, cows, hens, donkeys, sheeps), large paper, stand, feathers, paint, hats, donkey ears, wardrobe for farmers & farm animals.

Teachers, students, parents.
Assessment
Fluency, self-confidence, interest, preparedness. Contribution. Students reading & learning their sentences to recite.

One week of practice & preparation.
