Lynne Morton
Lynne Morton was a globally recognized management consultant & executive coach and President of Performance Improvement Solutions prior to her retirement. She now works with various arts & non-profit organizations in Palm Beach County Florida.
Previously, she was a director at PwC and adjunct faculty member at NYU. In 2009 she received the HR Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India. She has facilitated workshops for Fortune 500 and start up organizations and has led 50+ teams around the world.
A native New Yorker, Lynne graduated from Vassar College and Georgetown University. She started her career in marketing in the arts and publishing. She has continued to bring creative perspectives to her consulting work
Lynne believes that the mission of Joy2Learn is especially important in today’s world, where building creative thinking skills will inspire future generations. The most recent member of the Board, she is excited about joining her background in learning and the arts to this mission.
