Marissa Ronca
Marissa Ronca is a Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at Contrast Media Consulting (CMC), where she collaborates with organizations to develop compelling storytelling portfolios and build high-performing creative teams.
Before establishing CMC, Marissa served as Executive Vice President & Head of Programming for truTV, where she spearheaded content strategy, development, and production. During her tenure, truTV transformed into a premier comedy destination, delivering thousands of hours of content across all platforms including hit shows (The Impractical Jokers) and critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated comedies such as At Home With Amy Sedaris and Billy on the Street.
Marissa’s passion for creativity was ignited in her rural Pennsylvania hometown, where she thrived in her public school arts programs. An advocate for public education and arts curricula, her two sons currently attend New Jersey public schools with an emphasis on fine arts. Marissa holds a BS in TV, Radio & Film Production from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Communications. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and Producers Guild (PGA). She lives in New Jersey with her family and rescue dog, Anna.
