Terry Agriss
Terry Agriss was Vice President of Energy Management at Con Edison of New York before her retirement. Her career includes extensive senior management experience in state and local government, specializing in energy and environmental issues. She is a recognized expert in public financing of environmental projects.
Ms. Agriss is a past member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, the US organization responsible for promulgating rules that govern the municipal finance industry. She is also a former member of the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Financial Advisory Board.
Before joining Con Edison, Ms. Agriss was President of the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, a public benefit corporation that finances environmental infrastructure projects and which also provides technical assistance to municipalities and state agencies.
Ms. Agriss is a former president of the national Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities.
Ms. Agriss has served on numerous boards of not-for-profit organizations focusing on the performing arts and social service.
